Shipping policy

Domestic

Shipping within the United States is by USPS.  Priority Mail generally is delivered 1-3 days from the ship date. First-class parcels are generally delivered within 7 shipping days (Mon-Sat). Most orders placed Sun-Thurs. will ship within 24 hours.  Orders placed after 12 p.m. EST on Fridays may not ship until Monday.  Delivery times are not guaranteed.

As a policy, we do not offer emergency or  overnight delivery, but if you have a rush order, please contact us.

Very small orders are sometimes eligible for "letter rate" budget shipping; please note that this does not include tracking.

Shipping is at standard USPS rates.

International

Most international shipping is done cooperatively through the United States Postal Service and your local Postal Service.

International delivery times are extremely unpredictable because the Customs office of your country must approve the import of the parcel.  Every country is different, and processing times will vary.

Since the shipping is cooperative, full tracking is not available for every country (it depends on the terms of their agreement with the USPS).

All shipments will be tracked until they leave the US. Please note that tracking is not perfectly reliable, and sometimes items are not scanned.  If your shipment status has not been updated after one week, please contact us here.

These are not fixed quotes, but in general:

  • Average shipments to Canada are US$10.00
  • Average shipments to Mexico are $12.25
  • Average shipments to other eligible countries (e.g. Europe)are $13.50
  • Shipping to most countries in the Middle East, North Africa and the Arabian Peninsula is via Aramex or FedEx or DHL.

Important: Aramex will generally contact you via telephone when your item is available; please make sure that your telephone number is correct when you order.

Most Aramex shipments are at a flat $20 rate.
