Do I have to pay sales tax?
We are required to collect sales tax on orders in the state of New Mexico. If the billing or delivery address is in New Mexico, you can expect to pay sales tax. Please note that this does not mean that you are not obligated to voluntarily report and pay sales tax in your state. For your legal obligations, please consult your local laws.
We are also registered with the Norwegian Tax Authority and have a VOEC number.
Pricing
We are a small business and strive to price items competitively whenever possible. While we cannot guarantee that we will match any price, please contact us if you find a lower price and we will attempt to match it if possible.

Do you ship to my country?

During signup for an account , or when you place an order, we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time. There is a chance that your country was omitted inadvertently, please contact us and we will check to see if we can ship to your country.
Please note that as of October 2021, the United States Postal Service has suspended most service to Australia, including Priority Mail International® (PMI), First-Class Package International Service® (FCPIS®), Commercial ePacket (CeP), International Priority Airmail® (IPA®) packets, International Priority Airmail® (IPA®) M-Bags, International Surface Air Lift® (ISAL®) packets, International Surface Air Lift® (ISAL®) M-Bags, and Airmail M-Bags.
Priority Mail Express International® is still available, but is costly. I am working on alternate options; please contact me for details and arrangements.
Has my order shipped?

What are my payment choices?
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Currently, you may pay via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or PayPal. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
