D'Addario's EJ95 set (formerly J95) has long been popular for Turkish ouds, designed for C# F# B e a d' tuning. At our suggestion, D'Addario has corrected the tuning and tension information on the packaging, and now displays the correct information.
Due to their tighter windings, D'Addario strings have additional stiffness at the same tension as most other strings, providing a "tighter" feel that some players prefer.
